When it comes to art, opinion is often divided some don’t understand it at all and have no comprehension of its value, while others really see what the artist is trying to transmit.

Art, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.

When it comes to the artist themselves, opinion isn’t very divided at all.

It’s almost universally acknowledged that artists are eccentrics, and the more bizarre the individual, the better the art.

Jack Armstrong may be a contemporary, revolutionary  and most definitely an Eccentric.  

He’s has his share of turbulence during his long career, like many of his fellow counter parts who won this glory before him such as Pablo Picasso, Marcel Duchamp, Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin to name a few, he certainly wont be the last – while the human character is subject to flaws, the art will always remain unblemished and live on long after the Artist.
